Farmer Wants A Wife is set for yet another shake-up this season, with a hot new face joining the series next week.

Next Monday’s episode will see Tasmanian dairy farmer Jack, put his hat in the ring for a chance to find love — and there are plenty of ladies queuing up for the chance to get to know him better.

“I’m looking for a girl who is down to earth, (with) ‘girl next door’ vibes,” says Jack, who hails from Sheffield in the north of Tasmania.

“Someone with a calming temperament and enjoys the simple things in life. A girl who is family orientated, with a good sense of humour and willing to move to the country for me.

“Someone who wants kids, too!”

Hosted by Natalie Gruzlewski, the reality series first premiered in 2007 and sees a cast of Australian farmers looking for love.

Jack joins this season’s original farmers Corey and Jarrad, both from Queensland; Thomas, who hails from Kimba in South Australia; and Tom, from Borambola, New South Wales.

In a promo for his debut episode, Jack is pictured saying he believes “there’s a wife just around the corner,” and with his rugged good looks and easy charm, there’s sure to be no shortage of takers within the eight potential ladies joining him at his beautiful property in Tassie.
